    During my tenure at TBWA\Chiat\Day, an expansive 178,000 sq ft campus, I wore multiple hats, exemplifying versatility and expertise in IT and client management. My responsibilities ranged from offering bespoke White-Glove C-Suite Executive support for over 1,000 on-site clients, managing mobile technology procurement and accounts, to intricate technical roles involving Cisco Unified CM Administration, Active Directory, and biometric systems management. Furthermore, my proficiency extended to asset tracking and database administration, particularly with Service Desk Plus and FileMaker Pro, reinforcing the infrastructure that supported both clients and team members.

    – Managed White-Glove C-Suite Executive support, showcasing exceptional client service and technical management for a diverse client base of over 1,000 on TBWA\Chiat\Day campus, alongside robust procurement and account management for mobile technologies tailored to client requirements.

    – Administered critical IT infrastructure, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Active Directory user permissions, biometric profile administration, and comprehensive asset and license management within Service Desk Plus.

    – Developed and led the in-house IT training program, fostering technological proficiency through New Hire Orientations and weekly tech reviews, in addition to providing specialized technical support for TEDx presentations and acting as a liaison for special guests.

    – Cultivated a trusted rapport with top executive personnel, directly supporting a roster of high-profile names within the company, affirming my role as a pivotal figure in the executive branch’s daily operations and strategic initiatives.
