As an IT Consultant on the newly formed AECOM Executive Support team, I deployed the Crestron to Condeco migration for the global corporate headquarters; I was trusted with this responsibility in recognition of my ability to manage key projects and contribute to organizational success. I further enhanced operational capabilities by training C-suite and executives in utilizing best practices to optimize their workflow and execute the most effective application of software, including Office 365, Cisco T.M.S., and the in-house intranet tools.
During this time I advanced value realization in the following ways:
• Facilitating the successful AECOM office move while minimizing disruptions to operations; specifically, I oversaw the wiring requirements for desks by uniting an inexperienced team by identifying and building on mutual interests to transform rookie workers into a highly effective task force.
• Developing hotel-style workstations compatible with Microsoft Surface and Dell laptops; notably, I achieved this by utilizing my superior critical thinking ability to identify a targeted solution to a persistent problem without the need for KVM.
• I managed the Crestron to Condeco migration for the global corporate headquarters in Century City, CA.
• Served as AV Point of Contact for all testing and repairs in a boots-on-the-ground capacity.
• Provided onsite meeting room support for all C-Suite quarterly meetings, executive leadership meetings (ELT), and Board Meetings to support Board members.
