    During my time with AECOM’s Executive Support, I leveraged my expertise to provide comprehensive 24/7 white-glove support for the day-to-day activities of the C-Suite and the executive branch of all operational groups; in addition to this, my skills were recognized by AECOM management to provide hands-on support for their Global Leadership Conferences (GLC), quarterly earnings calls, and executive committee meetings and board member support.

    I was able to apply my expert communication skills to negotiate the procurement of mobile technologies for executives and coordinate the acquisition of hardware and software as the vendor POC for implementation well within the established timeframe.

    A handful of my successes include:

    • Applying my Inventory Control Stock background to build out a system for local asset management from scratch by utilizing FileMakerPro and acting as the functional DBA to increase usability for team members – this system went on to be adopted nationally.

    • Creating and distributing Executive Support First Day Training Guides and videos to entrench best practices within the organization across a variety of media formats.

    • Spearheading the Vendor Migration from A.R.C. to Xerox, during which I took on leadership for the AECOM corporate H.Q, and assisted in the deployment of Xerox AirPrint Services to our global corporate H.Q.

    • Led the Technical Team of IT Genius Bar at the annual Global Leadership Conference; this was a management position during which I engaged with a diverse array of key stakeholders within the top 400 global attendees.
